Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, and issuance of a confirmation invoice.
  2. Payment Terms:
    • Deposit: 50% of total package cost due upon booking
    • Balance: 50% of total package cost due 30 days prior to departure
    • Late payments may incur a fee
  3. Cancellation Policy:
    • More than 30 days prior to departure: 25% cancellation fee
    • 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% cancellation fee
    • Less than 15 days prior to departure: 100% cancellation fee
  4. Amendments:
    • Name changes: $50 fee
    • Date changes: $100 fee (subject to availability)
  5. Travel Documents:
    • Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond return date
    • Visas (if required) are the responsibility of the traveler
  6. Umrah Visa:
    • We will assist with Umrah visa applications, but cannot guarantee approval
  7. Flight Bookings:
    • Flight schedules and availability are subject to change
    • Flight cancellations or changes may incur additional fees
  8. Accommodation:
    • Hotel check-in and check-out times apply
    • Room upgrades or changes may incur additional fees
  9. Transportation:
    • Airport transfers are included (except for late-night/early-morning flights)
  10. Travel Insurance:
    • We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances
  11. Liability:
    • We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses during the trip
  12. Governing Law:
    • These booking conditions are governed by [Country/State] law
