Terms & Conditions
- Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, and issuance of a confirmation invoice.
- Payment Terms:
- Deposit: 50% of total package cost due upon booking
- Balance: 50% of total package cost due 30 days prior to departure
- Late payments may incur a fee
- Cancellation Policy:
- More than 30 days prior to departure: 25% cancellation fee
- 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 15 days prior to departure: 100% cancellation fee
- Amendments:
- Name changes: $50 fee
- Date changes: $100 fee (subject to availability)
- Travel Documents:
- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond return date
- Visas (if required) are the responsibility of the traveler
- Umrah Visa:
- We will assist with Umrah visa applications, but cannot guarantee approval
- Flight Bookings:
- Flight schedules and availability are subject to change
- Flight cancellations or changes may incur additional fees
- Accommodation:
- Hotel check-in and check-out times apply
- Room upgrades or changes may incur additional fees
- Transportation:
- Airport transfers are included (except for late-night/early-morning flights)
- Travel Insurance:
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances
- Liability:
- We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses during the trip
- Governing Law:
